Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds on all eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Custom-Made Items

Please note that custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable. As these products are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or with a defect caused by us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Refund
